The secret of Neapolitan pizza
Water, flour, yeast, salt. Only 4 ingredients for the dough, but the difference is made by the technique and the baking in a wood-fired oven at 485°C for 60-90 seconds.

Staying in our flats between Via Toledo and Spaccanapoli, all these pizzerias are just a few minutes' walk away. And with the equipped kitchen in the flat, you can even try your hand at making Neapolitan pizza!
